Glamorous Glass offers only high-quality glass products, and you can be sure that we deliver on that promise. All items are new and without manufacture defaults, unless otherwise indicated. We are proud to stand 100% behind our products! We will provide you with products that exceed your expectations, and look as good or even better in reality as they do on our web store. However, situations may occur that you do not feel fully satisfied with the products, or the item becomes damaged during shipping. Glamorous Glass will take care of you and your new purchase even after you receive it. We want you to shop with absolute confidence and peace of mind. Your satisfaction is always our top priority and we work with our vendor partners to guarantee the quality of products that we offer to you.
Whatever the reason of your return is please remember THAT YOUR FIRST STEP SHOULD BE CONTACTING GLAMOROUS GLASS TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
The user is obliged to acquaint themselves with the contents of the following rules:
Exchange/ Return Authorizations at Glamorous Glass
Anytime you feel that you are not satisfied with your purchase, your first step should be Contacting Us, so as TO OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE/ RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Exchange/ Return authorization is a necessary step in the return process as the products offered to you are fragile and easily breakable, and we need to make sure that you are provided with a perfect product, and at the same time that Glamorous Glass is protected against being responsible for products which are improperly used and therefore, damaged. Only after the exchange/ return authorization is granted, the exchange/ return will be accepted. In the case of the return, you will be refunded. When contacting us to obtain return authorization, please provide us with the following information:
- Order number;
- Name;
- Phone Number;
- Detailed explanation of your complaint;
After a return authorization is granted to you, we will provide you instructions on how to send your unused and originally-packed order back to Glamorous-Glass.
Damage occurring during transportation
Glamorous Glass is aware that the nature of sold items may trigger their breakage during their shipment to the Customer. Therefore, IT IS EACH CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PERSONALLY CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE, AND NOTIFY GLAMOROUS GLASS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY if such an incident occurs. If the shipped product shows physical defects caused by improper handling during transportation, GLAMOROUS GLASS WILL SEND ITS CUSTOMER A FULL-VALUE ITEM AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER, OR RETURN THEIR FUNDS, INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.
Exchange or Refund
In either case, your first step is to submit a Return Authorization, as noted in the “Return Authorizations” Section above.
At Glamorous Glass you have a choice either to get a refund or exchange an item. When the exchange is your choice, you will be able to choose either the same product or a different product of the same or lesser value. You will be asked what your preference is during the authorization return process. Shipping fees for the new item are your responsibility, unless the exchange is a result of us sending you the wrong product. Please allow us up to 1 week to process your exchange request.
If you opt to be refunded, we will credit your credit card through PayPal for the amount equalling your purchase. Shipping charges will be refunded if we have sent the wrong item. Otherwise, shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs would be deducted from your refund. Please allow us up to 1 week to process your return refund request.
For either case of an exchange or refund, you have up to 30 days after you receive the item to notify us of your decision, and that THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED (NON-FAULTY). The product MUST BE accompanied by AN ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT and shipped back to Glamorous Glass within 7 days of obtaining a Return Authorization.
Sending Back Your Return to Glamorous Glass
Pack and seal your return securely, in the original packaging. Packages must be returned prepaid-we do not accept C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) shipments. For your protection, items should be insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. All charges related to the return of items to Glamorous Glass are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless you receive an incorrect item. We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. We are not liable for returned merchandise, which does not reach our Return Department. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
As soon as we receive the returned shipment, your credit card will be refunded for the cost of the product, unless you opt to have the item exchanged.
Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear the card you used.
Orders Shipped to an Incorrect Address
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to wrong postal or zip code or outdated shipping addresses are not the responsibility of Glamorous Glass. Please be sure to check your spelling and address information carefully before submitting your order, including proper suite and apartment numbers. Incorrect shipping information may delay your order or result in not receiving it at all.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address and the order is to be re-shipped, or if the order is requested to be rerouted to an alternate shipping address, you will be charged a separate $5 fee for re-shipping the order to the correct address in addition to the additional shipping fees. Also be aware, we cannot ship to APO addresses, PO Boxes, or anything other than a physical street address within the United States and Canada.
Customer will be charged an additional SHIPPING fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to the customer's incorrect address entry on the order form. Any order that needs to be re-shipped will be charged at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.
