Where Glamorous Glass Ships to

We are happy to serve customers all around Canada and continental United States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands by special arrangement. We ship to any physical locations, besides APO addresses and PO Boxes. However, if you have a special request, simply Contact Us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

 

Shipment Methods

You have the option of choosing a number of shipment methods.

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, we will always use Canada Post Regular Service, unless you instruct us otherwise. If this is the case, you may be asked to pay the difference between your shipment choice and the Canada Post rate.

If you live in Halton Region (Ontario, Canada) we will deliver your purchase for free. Simply check Halton - Free Delivery" when you are at the Checkout.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are based on location, dimensions and weight of the purchased item. Occasionally you may have to call us for shipping cost estimates as some items are quite heavy. This will happen especially when you order full sets.  If you have any questions about shipping please Contact Us.

Customers may be charged an additional shipping fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form. The additional fee will cover re-shipment cost. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.

Also please remember, that Canadian residents are required to pay GST/ HST. Purchases made by American residents are tax free.

 

Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, we will always use FedEx or Canada Post Regular Service, unless you instruct us otherwise. If this is the case, you may be asked to pay the difference between your shipment choice and the FedEx or Canada Post rate. In case of international shipping, you are still required to pay customs brokerage fees, import duties, VAT or tariffs, if applicable.

 

International Shipments

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination, we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty or confiscates merchandise we cannot be held accountable.

Prices and shipping fees do not include customs brokerage fees, import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. However, we will be happy to assist you in finding out how much, if at all, you will be required to pay in duties or taxes after your purchase arrives. Simply Contac Us via email or phone.

 

When the Item Is Temporarily Unavailable

Sometime a situation may occur when the item you ordered is temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, we will contact you within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your purchase request for further instructions.

Anytime you order more than one item, and at least one of your purchases is on backorder, we will offer you the choice either to have your items shipped together when the missing item arrives at Glamorous Glass, or have them shipped separately.

 

Tracking your shipment

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Glamorous Glass. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information.

 

Order Cancellations

There is no charge for withdrawing an order. However, no amendments or cancellations can be made after 48 hours of placing your order. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.

We cannot guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught and cancelled. Contacting us via phone will ensure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments.

 

Time Frame

Our standard time to process and ship each order is 1 to 3 business days. Once we send the order, standard ground shipping takes between 2-9 business days until you receive your purchase, depending on your location. Please be aware that there are times when shipping may experience delays due to weather conditions and/ or holidays. Availability of your email will allow us to send you tracking information (when possible) at the time your purchases are shipped.  While placing an order please consider the processing time. Your order will be shipped using the shipping service you request. If you place an order on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
